摘要
探讨了为什么企业创新网络是重要的;根据参与度和控制度的不同,构建了企业创新网络模型:包括第三意大利模式、风险资本网络、虚拟组织网络、核心网络和联合体网络等。从提高企业的核心能力出发,整合外部的技术创新能力,可以采用不同的创新网络模式。我国应加强企业创新网络建设,建立起利用外部技术源的能力,促使组织间创新网络的形成。
Interfirm innovation networks are new models of organization appeared in 1980s. It analyzes why it is very important for innovation. Based on the degree of involvement and control,it designs a model of interfirm innovation networks,which includes 'Third Italian' district,venture capital network,virtual group network,core network and consortium network. The theory provides a new perspective in conformity with core competence and external technological innovation capability,and adopts different type of innovation networks. China should enhance the foundation of interfirm innovation networks and utilizes external technological resources to urge the development of innovation networks.
