摘要
学科建设与发展的过程就是知识集合的过程,这种知识集合经历了从线性律到交融律两个阶段。在对学科建设与发展的结构性矛盾和体制性矛盾分析的基础上,提出了组织"感应能力"与"响应能力"相统一的学科建设与发展的"自组织"行为模式。
The process of discipline establishment and development is a process of knowledge aggregation which has two stages—from linear to blending . Based on the analysis of structural and systematic contradiction,the author has set up a 'self-organization' model of the discipline establishment and development that is a union of 'inducing capability' and 'responding capability'.
