The economic globalization is nowadays the inexorable trend that the mutual degree of dependence of economy of countries all over the world is strengthened. The author analyzed the opportunity for development and main obstacle that the economy of Jiangsu faces in incorporating the globalization systems. Combining the reality of Jiangsu,the structure optimization and upgrading,multilateral and two-way inter-dynamic,the author put forward the four major strategic choices of managing system innovation,seizing talent highland etc.
