摘要
大学毕业生就业诚信主要表现为就业履历的掺水造假和随意毁约等问题。学生诚信精神和行为的形成 ,既是思想观念的认知过程 ,又是行为习惯的养成过程 ;既要求学生个人的内在修养 ,又需要有很强的外在约束、规范。首先 ,学校应端正教育思想 ,着眼于育人 ;同时加强学生对诚信问题的正确认识及学生诚信品德的培养。此外 ,还应从利益机制上进行引导 ,建立个人诚信档案和社会信用评价机构 ,直至相关立法。
Making false resume and breaking a contract are typical in College students' employment.The formation of honesty in college students is an ideological cognitive process as well as a process of cultivating behaviour habits.It requires students'individual inward moral culture as well as strong outward restriction and regulation. Schools,first of all,should have correct educational ideas focusing on cultivating students and meanwhile increasing students'understanding of honesty morality. Besides, considering the interest mechanism,individual honesty files and social credit evaluation institutions should be set up until relative laws are made.
