鉴于艺术院校学生的思想政治素质、世界观、人生观、心理素质、文化生活习惯、学习习惯等方面的个性特征比较明显 ,艺术院校的德育在遵循共性的基础上更应尊重其个性特征 ,应充分运用艺术院校自身的德育资源和优势 ,使德育更贴近学生心灵的需要、成长的需要、学业的需要 ,从而使德育适应现代艺术教育的发展趋势 ,更有效地培养现代化的艺术人才。

Given the obvious characteristics of art college students in ideological and political quality,world outlook,life outlook,disposition procatarxis,cultural and life habits,study habits and the like,the art schools should give more respect to individuals rather than to something general in moral education,and take advantage of their own moral sources and superiority to be closer to students' needs in their growth and study. Thus,moral education will keep abreast of the development trend of modern art education to cultivate modern art talents.
