摘要
飞机油箱剩余油量的精确测量是项很复杂的工作。它涉及到液位测量 ,飞行姿态误差修正 ,气压和温度引起的燃油密度的变化对测量影响的修正 ,油箱形状和结构的不规则带来的高度 -体积 -质量关系的非线性等诸多因素。本文着重介绍了将磁致伸缩传感技术应用到油量测量中重要的环节———液位测量中的原理及传感器结构 ,应用该方法可使液位测量的精度得到很大提高 。
The accurate measurement of fuel quantity remaining in aircraft fuel tank is very complicated. It involves liquid level measurement, attitude error correction, correction of the influence of fuel density and dielectric coefficient variation due to atmospheric pressure and temperature, nonlinear compensation etc. A liquid level measurement by using magnetostrictive sensing technology is proposed in this paper, and the structure of a sensor is presented in detail. This technique would improve greatly the precision of liquid level measurement and provide a basis for subsequent error correction and data processing.
