摘要
本文分析了高校“两课”教师职业倦怠的表现、危害、成因 ,探讨预防及缓解的对策 ,以期引起社会各界对“两课”教师的深入关注。
This article makes an analysis of the manifestation of professional sluggishness of college teachers of the 'two courses', its harm and causes, and explores the countermeasures to prevent and alleviate it so as to arouse concern for the 'two courses' among all walks of life
