A High-speed 12-bit Current Output D/A Converter Based on Complementary Bipolar Processing

摘要 基于互补双极工艺技术,设计出了一种二进制电流源加权型结构的高速12位电流型D/A转换器,与基于CMOS工艺技术的实现相比,该D/A转换器具有结构简单、性能优异的特点,Hspice模拟结果表明,其满量程输出电流为10.24mA,满量程建立时间小于25ns。 Based on complementary bipolar technology, a novel high-speed 12-bit current output D/A converter with binary current source weighted structure is proposed in this paper. Compared to CMOS technology, the architecture of D/A converter is simple while its performance is excellent. The result from HSPICE simulation indicates that the full-scale output current is 10.24 mA, and the full-scale setup time is less than 25 ns.
