摘要 以二茂铁为起始原料,通过相转移催化法和去乙酰作用合成了2种3-二茂铁基-2-丁烯酸糖酯。它们的结构得到IR、EA和MS确证,其中化合物3-二茂铁基-2-丁烯酸四乙酰葡萄糖酯的抗贫血活性得到测试。初步结果表明该化合物具有一定的抗贫血活性,进一步研究有待进行。 Two glucosyl esters have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene.Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis,IR and MS.Moreover,the antianemic activities of tetraacetyl glucosyl ester of 3-ferrocenyl-2-crotonic acid have been tested.The compound was found to have antianemic activity.The RBC and HB values of the tested anemic rats were increased by 111.5% and 90.1%,respectively after abdomen injection,and therefore,further study is well worth making.
