应用表面活性剂改善非牛顿原油的渗流流变性 被引量:3

摘要 通过大量的室内研究 ,筛选研制出了价格低廉、耐矿化度、硬度好 ,对稠油具有强乳化降粘 ,改善非牛顿原油渗流流变性效果显著的表面活性剂体系JHSS - 0 1。室内模拟试验表明JHSS - 0 1吞吐后采油速度提高 2 0 %~ 5 0 %。同时在八面河及江汉王场油田进行了现场试验 ,7口井累计增油 12 83t,投入产出比 1∶5 2 ,经济效益明显。 Through a lot of studies and experiments, the surfactant JHSS-01 has been developed. This surfactant is cheap, salt resistance, with good rigidity, and it may reduce the viscosity of heavy oil through emulsion, thus improving the percolation rheological characteristics of non-Newtonian crude oil. Lab simulation indicates that the oil production rate can be increased by 20-50% through taking in and sending out a large quantity of JHSS-01.In Bamianhe and Jianghan Wanchang oilfields, pilot projects have been conducted with this surfactant, additional 1283t oil has been produced in 7 wells .The input- output ratio is 1:5.2, and economic results have been obtained.
