论资源配置与房地产企业并购重组

ON RESOURCES DISPOSITION AND COMBINE PURCHASE AND REORGANIZATION OF ESTATE ENTERPRISE

资源配置是房地产企业扩大规模、增强实力的有效途径。房地产业在我国仍属于一个新兴产业 ,所涉及的企业并购与重组并不多见。本文试图将资源配置与传统产业的并购与重组活动引入房地产业 ,并通过我国现阶段房地产业所面临的形势阐述了资源配置与房地产企业实施并购与重组的必要性。

The resources disposition is an effective way to expand scale and increase actual strength of estate enterprise.Estate is a new and developing industrial in our country, involving few combine purchase and reorganization of enterprise.This paper attempt to lead the resources disposition and activities of combine purchass and reorganization of traditional enterprise into estate.Through studying situation the estate faces in our country now, the authors also try to expound the necessity of the resources disposition and carrying out combine purchase and reorganization in estate enterprise.
