利用赤霉素处理红地球葡萄果穗试验

Experiment of GA on Fruit Cluster of Red Globe Grape

在自然生长情况下红地球葡萄果穗较紧 ,影响果粒均匀着色 ,人工疏粒费时费工。本试验利用赤霉素处理花序 ,果穗拉长效果显著。结果表明 ,花前 10d 10mg/kg药剂处理比对照增长 35 .2 % ,花前 5d 5mg/kg药剂处理比对照增长 2 1.9%。

In natural growing condition,the fruit cluster of Red Globe grape is dense,which influences even coloring of fruit. Also,fruit thinning by people costs more time and more money.So,GA was used to treat inflorescence in this experiment,and significant difference was observed in stretching fruit cluster. The results show that the treatment 10 days before blooming with 10 mg/kg chemicals was 35.2% longer than the control,while the treatment 5 days before blooming with 5 mg/kg chemicals was 21.9% longer.
