Burdening Problem of International Trade Terms's Responsibility

通过对贸易术语责任性质和贸易术语变形的深入分析 ,提出了 3种不同的贸易责任 ,即常规责任、主要责任、共同责任和费用终止点的划分界限。然后 ,解释了贸易术语与贸易合同的关系 ,并认为只有对此有正确、深入的理解 ,才能保证外贸业务的顺利进行。

Through analyzing the trade terms's responsibilities and the transfiguration of the trade terms,the three different trade responsibilities,that is,general responsibility,main responsibility and common responsibility,and the boundaries of the charge ending spot are provided. Then,the relation between the trade terms and trade contract are explained. So,it's put forward that correct understanding of the trade terms will guarantee the successful foreign business.
