我国远程教育“高原现象”的跨越

Thoughts on Jumping Over the Plateau Phenomenon of Long-distance Education in China

目前我国远程教育正受“高原现象”的掣肘 ,作为其载体的网络也面临着资源的杂乱无序和利用效率较低的现状。因此 ,建立虚拟远程教育战略联盟 ,提高网络资源规模经济效益 ,是突破我国远程教育的发展瓶颈 ,服务开放社会 ,满足全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的需要。

This paper considers that long-distance education in China nowadays is restrained for some reasons, meanwhile network resources are in disorder and lower utility efficiency. It is necessary that we set up a virtual strategy alliance between ordinary universities and video-television colleges, to obtain its scope economy, to meet with the need of all-people study and long-life study, as well as cultivating modern citizens' education system.
