高等职业教育的发展对于优化教育结构 ,提高劳动者素质 ,促进劳动者就业和经济发展都十分重要。本文对高等职业教育如何加快教学改革 ,完善实践教学体系 ,提高职业教育的竞争力 ,围绕市场对人才的需求 ,抓住机遇发展自己 ,以适应新时期下高等职业教育的发展等问题进行了探讨。

Today,after China entered WTO,the important problem facing us is how to promote the reform of education,perfect and improve the practice-teaching system,emphasize the competition of vocational education and provide the persons with abilities to meet the need of the international markets,catch the opportunity to adapt the new historical era of reforem and opening to the outside world and do the research for the development of higher vocational education.
