On Goal of Economic Development in Rural Areas

农村经济发展的总目标是全面建设农村小康社会 ;基本目标是增加农民收入、提高管理素质、促进科教事业发展、完善经济体制 ;理论目标是摆脱贫困、提高资源配置效率、构建优势产业体系、培育内生增长能力 ;市场目标是提高产品质量、扩大市场份额。

The general goal of economic development in the rural areas is to build a well-off across the rural areas;The fundamental goal is to increase income of farmers,to raise management quality,promote development of science and educational cause and improve economic system;the theoretical goal to throw off poverty,raise efficiency of resourse distribution,construct optimized industrial system and cultivate competence of intrinsic growth;the market goal is to raise quality of products,enlarge market contents and promote process of products' variety.
