摘要
股份制是一种资本组织形式 ,它是国企改革的必然选择。在混合所有制基础上组建的股份制企业 ,其性质取决于控股权掌握在谁手里。把股份制作为公有制的主要实现形式 ,是为了搞好国有经济 。
Share-holding system is a form of capital organization and is an inevitable choice of reform of state enterprises.On the basis of blending all ownerships to establishing share-holding system's enterprises,the nature of enterprises depends on the right of share-holding by whom.Taking share-holding system as main form of public ownership is to improve state-owned economy and develop main guiding function better.
