摘要
民法不单是一种制度 ,更主要的是它蕴藏了一种文化。民法以其对人的终极关怀 ,致使民法成为文化现象的根源 ,体现了人类社会文明。
The civil law is not only a system but also contains a culture.Through taking special care of people,the civil law has become the source of cultural phenomenon,reflected the fundamental rules of civilization and progress of human society,and pursuit of rights of social members.
