摘要
对胆绿素极谱波的性质进行了研究。得出在NH3-NH4CL缓冲溶液中,胆绿素在-0 72V(vs.SCE)处可产生一灵敏的阴极波,经实验证明此波可用于痕量胆绿素的分析测定。
The polarographi properties of biliverdin was studied.At-0.72V(vs.SCE),a sensitive single sweeps polargraphic cathode wave which related to biliverdin appears in NH_3—NH_4CL buffer solution.By experiment evidence,the wave was very useful for the determination of trace biliverdin.
