摘要
通过对丹参药材的提取工艺比较,以水溶性的丹参素、脂溶性的丹参酮 A为质量指标,采用高效液相色谱法定量测定、薄层层析定性等,为丹参制剂的前处理提供实验依据。
Several extraction methods for crude drugs Salvia Miltiorrhize were compared in this study .The extraction yields of Danshensu (water-soluble substance) and Tanshinone ⅡA(a liposolube substance) were determined quantitatively by HPLC and were qualitative analysis by thin-layer chromatography. This result would be an experimental basis for pre-processing preparation Salvise Miltionorrhizae.
