摘要
分析了横向波纹管强化传热的原理,通过理论分析与实验研究建立了冷凝传热膜系数的计算式,并以此为依据,设计出高效节能的波纹管换热器.实践证明各项参数达到设计要求.
The principle on enhancement of heat exchanger with transverse bellows is analyzed.The mathematical model is established,the formula is derived for calculating condensation heat transfer coefficient and is checked up by experiment.According to the results in the paper,it is shown that the total heat transfer coefficient of bellows is 1.8~2.0 times as large as that of ordinary tube in the non-phase change condition and is raised to 2~3 times in the phase change condition.Namely,bellows exchanger enhances the heat transfer efficiency.Then a high efficient heat exchanger is designed.It is proved to be all right in practice.
