摘要
本文报道运用体外培养的中国仓鼠肺细胞(CEL)作染色体畸变试验研究叶绿酸铁钠诱变性的结果:叶绿酸铁钠浓度达160μg/ml时无论加与不加S_9代谢活化系统,对CHL细胞均无致染色体畸变作用。
In the present study chromosome aberrant effect of sodium iron cblorophyllin on Chinese hamster lung cells was investigated. The result showed that sodium iron chlorophyllin in a concentration of 160μg/ml, with or without S9 mix didn't induce chromosomal aberration on Chinese hamster lung cells in vitro.
