新时期贯彻“三个代表”思想必然要求思想政治工作创新。思想政治工作创新要以中国最广大人民的根本利益为动机和目的、以“解放思想,实事求是”为基本指导思想、以促进中国先进社会生产力的发展为中心,从内容、形式、方法、手段和机制等方面进行全面创新。

The innovation of the ideological and political work is corollary of implementing “three represents ”in the new age. The innovation of the ideological and political work must put its motive and goal on the fundamental rights and interests of the mass, and base its basic guiding ideology on “emancipating the mind and being practical and realistic”, and center on facilitating development of modern social productive forces in China, and should be overall ranging from contents and forms to ways, methods and mechanisms.
