摘要
新形势下的高校共青团工作有其自身的运作特点和规律。当前高校共青团工作从操作层面上可归纳为“一点两面三条线”。
Under the new situation, the administrating work in college Communist Youth League has its peculiar operating properties and laws. The work can be summarized into“one point, two aspects and three lines”.
