Many applications designed to execute on grid computing frequently request the simultaneous co allocation of multiple resources in order to meet performance requirements. In this paper, a new approach via agent coalition mechanism is presented for resource co allocation. Firstly, the resource co allocation methods of Globus and Legion are compared. Then, an agent based resource management architecture of grid is described. Finally, an agent coalition mechanism is designed for efficient resource co allocation.
