摘要
文中介绍了一种高性能媒体信号处理器MAP CA ,它具备对视音频信号进行压缩处理的优化结构和多种方便的标准音视频接口。针对视频会议中视频信息的处理需求 ,以MAP CA为核心处理器 ,设计了一个基于PC机的插卡式视频多点处理子系统 ,可应用于视频会议中多路码流的实时合成和转换 。
The MAP CA digital signal processor is a high performance, fully programmable processor developed for various multimedia applications that require real time processing of video, audio, and image data. MAP CA DSP also integrates several peripheral devices on the chip, such as input and output ports for real time video and audio data. For the necessary of video processing in videoconference, the video multipoint process system is designed. It is based on the MAP CA processor and designed as a plug card. It can combine and convert the video bit stream without increasing process burden of PC.
