从参加2003年全国女子冠军赛的运动员STAI测试结果看,我国高水平女子散打运动员比赛焦虑处于中等适宜水平,并有较高的自我调控能力,说明本项目运动员心理素质目前正渐趋成熟,但发展还不平衡;为此,必须进一步通过多种途径,强化心理素质训练,以培养出更多的优秀运动员,并防止她们在比赛中产生消极焦虑而影响技术水平的正常发挥。

STAI lest of the athletes in 2003 National Championship indicated that advanced female Sanda athletes are as anxious as common in competition, and are deeply self- controlled. The findings show that the mental state of athletes in this field is more and more mature, but it is imbalance. Therefore, the paper points out that athletes should strengthen their mental state by all means, and make full efforts to avoid anxiety influencing their technique level in competition
