356例乳腺癌延期手术的预后观察

OBSERVATION ON THE PROGNOSIS OF 356 CASES OF BREAST CARCINOMA WITH POSTPONED OPERATION

影响乳腺癌预后因素很多,而延期手术对预后的影响如何?作者将1964年4月—1987年12月,因各种原因而延期手术的乳腺癌356例,与同期1656例一次手术病人作比较,观察其5、10、15年生存率、腋窝淋巴结转移率及两次手术时间间距(15天—3个月以上)对预后的影响。分析结果表明,15天内进行第二次手术较好,超过3个月作第二次手术生存率明显下降。

There are many factors affecting the prognosis of breast cancer after the postponed operation. The suthor compared the effect of postponed operation of 356 breast cancers caused by various factors between 1964- 1987 with that of immediate operation on 1656 cases at (he same period and .observed the 5, 10, 15-year survival rate, lymph node's metastatic rate and the interval between the ; first and second operation (15 day s- 3 more months) to affect the prongosis.The results showed that the prognosis were quite good, if the second operation were performed with-in 15 days; otherwise, the survival rate was sharply decreased if the operation was done over 4 months later.
