葱属植物韭子皂甙的化学结构及其灭螺活性的研究

Study on the Chemical Structure and Molluscicide Activity of the Saponins from Seeds of Allium Tuberosum Rottl EX Spreng

从葱属植物韭(Allium tuberosum ex spreng)的种子中,首次分得一种皂甙成份(Tf)。经化学检测和光谱分析,推断其结构为一种双糖链的呋甾烷醇皂甙。甙元为知母皂甙元(sarsasapogenin).在C_(26),C_3位上和糖链相连。实验证明,韭子皂甙有杀灭钉螺的作用。

The one furostane-type Saponin with dual-gluchainl was named Tf-1. Tf-1 was iso- latdc from butanol estract of the seeds of Allium tuberoscm Rootl cs Spreng (liliaceac). The F- ring of Sapogenin split open. C26-o-β-glucopyranosyl, C3-o-β-five monosaccharidc u- nits. The molar ratio of five monosaccharidc units are Glc: Xyl: Rha (=2: 1: 2). The activity of molluscicide of Tf-1 was foung.
