粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF,Neupogen)在肿瘤化学治疗中应用的临床研究——中国的应用经验

THE CLINICAL STUDY OF G-CSF IN CANCER CHEMOTHERAPY -A PILOT STUDY IN CHINA

52例经病理检查证实的恶性肿瘤,包括肺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、乳癌、卵巢癌应用联合化疗并用Neupogen(G-CSF),另44例对照组亦为上述各类癌症病例,分别使用同样方案和剂量的化疗,但不用G-CSF,比较两组病人中性粒细胞绝对数(ANC)的动态变化。结果证明,Neupogen可减轻ANC降低的程度,缩短粒细胞缺乏症的持续时间,促进ANC的恢复,无明显毒副反应,可作为肿瘤化疗中有价值的辅助药物。

52cases of malignancies including small cell and non-small cell lungcancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Breast cancer and ovarian cancer were treated by combination chemotherapy with Neupogen (rh G-CSF), while 44 cases of control group with equ-ivalent cancer and treated with same regimens and dosage of chemotherapy without G-CSF were studied. It showed that in G-CSF treated group neutropenia could be prevened or diminished, with the neutrophil nadir higher and neutropphil recovery earlier as compared to the control group. Our study results were equivalent to the American data and confirmed the value of G-CSF as a valuable ajuvant in Cancer Chemotherapy.
