哌嗪二酮类化合物对Lewis肺癌的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 丙亚胺、乙双吗啉和丙双吗啉对Lewis肺癌原位肿瘤生长和肺转移有抑制作用,且疗效相似。丙亚胺或丙双吗啉大剂量间歇给药也有抗Lewis肺癌生长的作用。丙亚胺不影响柔红霉素对Lewis肺癌的作用,却能与博莱霉素产生协同效应。丙奴吗啉能明显降低荷瘤鼠血清中唾液酸含量。 Razoxane, Bimolane and Probimane could inhibit the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma including primary tumor and metastatic foci. The inhibitory rates of the a above mentioned three compounds were similar each to others. Razoxane (10mg.kg-1) and Probimana (20mg.kg-1) were also effective aogainst Lewis lung carcinoma by administration 3 times daily on day 1,5,9 after tumor inoculation. They did not alter the antitumor activity of daunorubicin, . but increased the antitumor effect of bleomycin on Lewis lung carcinoma. Probimane colud also decrease the serum sialic acid level in mice bearing tumors.
