纤维缠绕过程中张力控制是缠绕工艺中的一项关键技术,它直接影响到缠绕制品的质量。通过对纤维缠绕过程中张力的产生和张力控制方法的分析,建立了张力控制系统各部分的数学模型,介绍了一种张力控制系统的总体方案设计、控制原理及实现方法。
The tension control is a key technology of the winding methods during the winding process, which affects the quality of the winding products directly. By analyzing the method of tension control and formation of tension, the mathematical models of the tension control system are set up; the collectivity design scheme, the control system theory and the implementing approach are discussed.
