摘要
东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室于2003年初为宝山钢铁股份有限公司成功研制了一套平面形状控制模拟实验轧机。该机采用常温下的铅或铅合金作为实验坯料,可以模拟宽厚板生产的实际,为现场提供平面形状控制方面的工艺参数。该机配备了先进的液压控制系统及计算机控制系统。文章主要介绍了该套模拟实验轧机的组成、功能及主要技术数据,并着重就液压控制、计算机控制等方面进行了说明。
At the beginning of 2003, a set of rolling mills was successfully devoloped in the State Key Lab of Rolling & Automation (Northeastern University), which is used for experimental research in the field of plan view pattern control for BaoSteel Corp. It can simulate the actual production of wide heavy plates and provide the technology parameters for plan view pattern control by experiments, by using lead or lead alloys in normal temperature as its testing materials. The rolling mills have advanced hydraulic and compuer controlled systems. In this paper, the compositions, functions, and main technology data of this set are introduced. Hydraulic and computer control aspects are especially expounded.
