从生产实际出发,在讨论二辊斜轧机空间几何结构的基础上,用图解解析法介绍了一种辊型曲线的正截面解法,用球面包络法作为对比印证,并附有按正截面法编制的程序所绘制的辊型曲线图。

The space form of geometric structure involving Diesher rolling mill has been discussed in this paper. With the help of graphics and analysis, the perpendicular cutting method with which the outline of roller can be found out was introduced. Enveloping curve with tangent sphere is another method to solve or confirm the same problem. According to the theory of perpendicular cutting method, a software has been programmed and a contour drawing of roller was shown.
