摘要
探索大石河选厂在生产流程的基础上,应用螺旋溜槽,获取粗磨后最终精矿的可能性。试验表明:对一次磁选精矿采用适宜的工艺流程、工艺条件,可以获得品位高于68.5%的最终精矿。其产率占原矿的15~20%。
Based on the processing flow of Dashihe separation mill, using spiral sluice, the possibility of obtaining final concentrate under coarse primary grinding is searched for. The experiment results show that making use of suitable processing flow and technological conditions to the concentrate of 1st magnetic separation, a final concetrate with grade more than 68.5% , productivity between 15~20% ,could be obtained. This is advantageous for the mill to enhance technical target and reduce energy consumption, and bring about remarkable economic benefit.
