摘要
Turbo码是近几年来研究课题的一个热点。介绍了目前Turbo码和Turbo原理研究的最新进展及其最新应用，并介绍了一些尚未被解决的问题。
Recently, Turbo code becomes one of the most competitive techniques in current communication systems. In this paper the development of the Turbo codes and Turbo principles is introduced, and problems that have not been solved are also presented.
