摘要
电信企业传统的采购绩效评价没有形成指标体系,难以实现对整个采购过程的考核、监督、控制,难以促进采购工作的优化及采购管理的提升。文中对电信企业采购绩效评价指标体系的构建作了有益的尝试,并对各个指标的作用进行了实用分析。
Assessing the purchasing performance of traditional telecom corporation has not formed a system. It is too hard to check and control the process of purchasing work. The paper tries to construct an appraisal system of estimating purchase performance for telecom corporation. The function of all targets is analyzed also.
