摘要
采用自行研制的冲击试验机对镀层在冲击载荷作用下的失效进行了研究。结果表明 ,由于镀层本身韧性和膜基结合强度的差别 ,镀层的失效表现为两种不同的剥落形式。韧性较低而结合强度较高时为内聚力型剥落 。
Failure of coatings under impact condition is investigated with self-assembled impact tester. The results show that, because of different intrinsic toughness and bonding strength, failure occurs by different ways. When toughness is low, whilst bonding strength is relatively high, cohesive failure occurs, on the other hand adhesive failure occur.
