摘要
人体多胺,包括腐胺(putrescine,pur),精脒(spermidine,spd)以及精胺(spermine,spm)等,其中精脒为最多。体液及细胞中多胺水平与体内核酸、蛋白质合成关系密切,肿瘤患者明显高于正常,而且多胺是肿瘤活动及消退的标志物,因此近年来国内外,测定多胺的方法甚多。
In present study, polyamines were determined, used by TLC of DNS polyamines. Results showed. 1) The method is very simple, fast and unexpensive: 2) VC of rate of repetition and of recovery are 1.20-2.00% and 0.32 0.67%, respectively; 3) sensitivty of the method is as less as 6.8×10^(-10)M and higher than method of column chromatography (1.48×10^(-8)M) and lower than method of HPLC (3×10^(-11)M); 4) During the hydrolysis of 6N HC1 in 14 hours, free polyamines of sample is damaged as high as 68.88 70.24%.
