针对当前居住小区所面临的日益严峻的停车问题和具体设计居住小区停车设施时存在的问题,通过对居住小区停车问题影响因素的分析和停车方式的比较,结合实例,进一步分析指标体系,从而使居住小区规划更科学合理。
