喷嘴供油特性对双涡流器头部气动雾化效果的影响研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文针对双级轴向涡流器和双油路离心喷嘴组合的气动雾化头部装置,通过试验研究了喷嘴主、副油路分别在不同供油压力下供油,形成的不同喷嘴一次雾化质量对头部气动雾化效果的影响,研究结果表明:喷嘴一次雾化质量对双涡流器头部的气动雾化效果影响较大。在一定的头部气动参数条件下,较高的供油压力形成较好的一次雾化质量,气动雾化的作用不明显;;较低的供油压力形成较差的一次雾化质量,在气动力作用下能够得到较好的气动雾化效果,燃油雾化良好。这也表明在双涡流器气动雾化火焰筒头部装置中,喷嘴供油特性和头部气动参数之间进行合理匹配对保证和提高燃烧室各状态的综合燃烧性能是很重要的。本研究还验证了双涡流器气动雾化头部采用双路离心喷嘴供油的设计特点。 The effect of primary fuel jet on airblast atomization performance for a combined airblast atomizing device with double passage centrifugal fuel nozzle and two stage axial-swirler has been investigated. The result shows that the fuel atomization quality of the device with two-stage swirler is influenced obviously by the primary fuel jet. With an appropriate aerodynamic parameter, a higher fuel pressure drop provides a better primary atomization quality, yet the effect of airblast atomization isn′t obviously shown. On the contrary, the primary atomization quality will become worse with a lower fuel pressure drop, while a good airblast atomization quality will be achieved with the effect of aerodynamics, and the fuel atomization is fine. A reasonable match between fuel jet characteristic and aerodynamic parameters is important to ensure and improve the integrative combustion performance of a combustor at all conditions. The result validates the design characteristics of a device with two-stage swirler and fuel injection with double passage centrifugal fuel nozzle.
