超流氦杜瓦密封技术研究

摘要 介绍了超流氦制冷技术的现状与发展趋势 ,对超流氦特性、超流氦杜瓦技术以及密封技术进行了分析与研究 ,设计了多种密封结构 ,对 5种纯金属和 4种法兰结构分别在液氮、液氦温度下进行了密封性能实验 ,并取得了较好的实验结果 ,在液氦温度下 ,实测漏率≤ (2~ 3)× 10 - 8Pa·L/S。 The characteristic of superfluid helium,seal technological,superfluid helium dewar and seal design the key to the technological are introduced .From which the current status and developing trend of superfluid helium refrigeration technological can be found. Many seal structure has been designed.Five kinds of pure metals seals materials and four kind of flange structure have been tested for the seat performance under LN 2 and LHe temperatures.A better test result has been gained.Under LN 2 temperature leakage rate≤(2~3)×10 -8 Pa·L/S.
