摘要
本文论述了非机动车在路段及交叉口的行驶特点 ,分析了非机动车对交叉口的通行能力的影响 。
The paper states the traveling characteristics of non-motor vehicles at road sections and intersections. It also analyses the i nfluence of non-motor vehicles on the capacity of intersections and puts forward the principle and measure for handling non-motor vehicles.
