Talk about Planning, Construction and Management of Chinese Urban Water Conservancy

城市化是社会发展的必然过程 ,但在这一过程中 ,人类活动对自然的干涉往往造成洪水泛滥、水资源紧缺、水生态环境恶化等诸多水问题。在我国城市水利建设中 ,应该采取科学态度 ,遵循自然规律 ,控制城市各类水灾害 ,为社会经济的可持续发展提供安全保障。

Urbanization is the necessary course of the soc iety development, but in this course the interference of the human activity to t he nature often causes water problems such as flood overflows, water resource is deficient and water eco-environment deteriorates etc. In Chinese urban water co nservancy construction it shall have scientism, follow the natural law and contr ol various kinds of water calamities in cities so as to provide the safety and g uarantee for the continuous development of the social economy.
