在对创造性思维能力发生作用的条件进行反思的基础上,讨论了美国大学20世纪教学方法改革中的一些做法,指出这些改革适应了科学技术的迅速发展对创造性人才培养的要求,有值得我们借鉴之处。

On the basis of thought about the conditions of how creative thought ability works,this article discusses about some methods in the teaching reform of Americian university in the 20th century and points out that these reforms adjusts to the requirement for the training of creative personnel made by the rapidly development of science and technology,some of which we can use for reference.
