摘要
对丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMD-AAC)二者在微波辐射下的水溶液共聚反应进行了研究,讨论了微波聚合条件如微波功率、引发剂用量、单体配比、反应时间等对聚合反应及性能的影响。微波聚合时的最佳工艺为:微波功率528W,引发剂用量0.35g,单体配比(AM∶DMDAAC)为9.4∶2,微波辐射时间为3min。
This article studied the aqueous coplymerization of acrylamide and dimethyl diallylammonium in the condition of microwave radiation,discussed the various factors that influence the polymerization, such as microwave power, the use of initiating agent, the ratio of moners,reaction time and so on. The copolymer presents the best properties when the microwave radiation was 528W, the use of initiating agent, 0.35g,the ratio of AM/DMDAAC, 9.4:2, the reaction time, 3min.
