摘要
以纳米氧化锌为填充剂,通过乳液共混方法制备了纳米氧化锌改性聚四氟乙烯复合材料。实验确定了较理想的复合工艺,能够在成本基本不变的条件下明显改善复合材料的多项性能。另外,通过扫描电镜观察了复合材料的微观结构,研究了纳米氧化锌颗粒的粒度分布,分析了复合材料的性能随增强体加入量的变化规律,在此基础上,探讨了纳米氧化锌改性聚四氟乙烯的机理。
Nanometer ZnO reinforced PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) composite was prepared by employing nanometer ZnO as reinforcements and the way of latex commixing. Comparative combining process was determined in this research, which enables the improvements on a plurality of properties of the composite while the cost kept unchanged. Furthermore, the microstructures of the composite were investigated with the aid of scanning electron microscope, and the size distributions of nanometer ZnO were studied. The relationship between properties of the composite and the volume fraction of the ZnO reinforcements was analyzed in accordance to the experimental results. The strengthening mechanism of nanometer ZnO reinforced PTFE was discussed.
