正常和炎性牙髓组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达的研究

The Expression of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Human Healthy and Inflammatory Dental Pulp.

目的 研究正常人及牙髓炎患者牙髓组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)表达及分布特点。方法 免疫组化方法检测27例正常人、16例牙髓炎患者牙髓中bFGF表达,比较其光密度值(A)。结果成牙本质细胞、牙髓细胞及血管内皮细胞中均有bFGF阳性表达。两组分别进行组内比较,牙髓外围成牙本质细胞层光密度值分别高于牙髓中心区(P<0.05);两组组间比较,光密度值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 bFGF在牙髓组织中广泛表达,在慢性牙髓炎症过程中表达值与正常牙髓中表达无差异。

Objective To detect the distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in human healthy and inflammatory dental pulpal tissues. Methods bFGF was examined by ABC immunohistochemical method in 27 cases of healthy and 16 cases of inflammatory pulpal tissues. Results bFGF staining was observed in odontoblasts, pulpal cells and vascular endothelial cells in both healthy and inflammatory pulp. No significant difference for bFGF optical density was found between healthy and inflammatory groups. Conclusion There was no difference for bFGF expression and distribution between healthy and inflammatory groups.
