口腔卫生宣教对固定正畸并发症的影响

The Effect of Oral Health Education on the Complications on the Complications Related to Fixation Orthodontia

目的 探讨口腔卫生宣教对固定正畸并发牙龈炎、牙釉质脱钙发生率的影响。方法 将固定矫治的52例患者分为宣教组和对照组,前者由专职护士采用以口腔卫生为重点的强化宣教,后者仅给予一般宣教,观察戴矫治器后6、12个月时两组牙龈炎、牙釉质脱钙的发生率,并加以比较。结果 宣教组戴矫治器后6、12个月时牙龈炎以及12个月时牙釉质脱钙发生率均显著低于对照组。结论 加强口腔卫生宣教有助于减少固定正畸治疗中牙龈炎、牙釉质脱钙的发生。

Objective To study the effect of oral health education the complications related to fixation orthodontia. Methods 52 patients indicated for wearing fixed appliance were divided into the education or control group. The nurses carried on health education, especially on oral health aspect, in the education group. The incidences of gingivitis and enamel decalcification in each group were observed at 6th and 12th months after wearing fixed appliance. Results The incidences of gingivitis and enamel decalcification in the education group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 12th month after wearing fixed appliance. Strengthening oral health education is helpful for reducing the complications related to fixation orthodontia.
