摘要
本文对茶树62个品种新梢的主要营养成分:蛋白质、脂肪、糖、维生素C,微量元素以及水分和叶绿素的含量进行了分析测定。结果表明:不同茶树品种,其新梢的主要营养成分以及水分和叶绿素含量存在差异,从而为选择优良的茶树品种进行推广,也为不同品种的适制茶类提供了依据。
We determined the main nutritional composition: protein, fat, sugar, vitamin C, trace ele- ments (Cu, Mn, Zn, Ni)in shoots of sixty-two breeds of tea trees. The contents of water and chlorophyll were also determined at the same time. The results indicated there existed difference in the contents of main nutritional composition, water and chlorophyll in different breeds of tea trees. These provide basis for selecting good breeds of tea trees to cultivate.
